On October 31, 1460 Parliament resolved that King Henry VI should stay on the throne of England for as long as he should live. His son Prince Edward should be disinherited. Edward, Duke of York should be proclaimed heir apparent. Does King Henry VI disinherit his son Edward? Or does Parliament disinherit Prince Edward?
