Will they eventually discover what did happen.

Described as the worst atrocity by the German forces on British soil.

Dirk,

I visited Jersey from Granville France with a jetfoil on instigation of our Anglo-Norman from there. Saw the underground Nazi labyrint. But I wasn't aware of Aldernay. We can ask perhaps Anglo-Norman? Seemingly some on Aldernay are not pleased with that extra publicity...if you see the travel agencies descriptions...and I see now an airfield overthere...and now an high voltage line from France to Britain disturbing all that...and a lot of controversies as a certain Kemp against some local historians and all that...one speaks of 40,000 deaths...

And perhaps an Israelian source can be a bit biassed, but nevertheless I think it is all worth an in detail investigation...

Kind regards from Paul.

Paul,

after watching the documentary I was surprised to learn  that Dr Caroline Sturdy Colls and her team were banned from excavating , digging and further investigations by the Aldernay officals and local population.

Is there something that they don't want the outside world to know?

Dirk,

of course with their tourism they don't want any negative views about the island. For instance a tourism slogan: you are visiting a death camp of the Nazis instead of the nowadays slogans about the beautiful nature...money money, cassa cassa...
and perhaps no connection of the high voltage cable via the island...
As I mentioned on the "Are we back to the Thirties?", it seems now that the German politician is indeed murdered by an extreme right-wing man...and on the so-called social media they seem to find this murder "normal"...

We need Anglo-Norman here...

Kind regards from Paul.
