I don't know why the thread is entitled '1900-1930' because the links seem to go up to at least 1942 and potentially right up to 1992. But thanks again.
Vizzer,
of course you are right. I become a bit negligent in my hurry
. First I saw only four with English subtitles up to the thirties in Berlin. And so edited already my title. But when I saw the site again I saw that it were already six with English subtitles and up to 1942. And as it was already that early in the morning I didn't adjust the title anymore...
I am a bit "überfragt" (to much solicited? Hmm, saw also in my dictionary "solicite" asking for sex in exchange of money...) nowadays.
I am since 2006 on a French history forum "Tribune Histoire" from a certain Bruno Roy Henry, a Napoleonist historian. Due to I don't what reason, this forum was fading away. Another French historian François Delpla is together with Bruno recently banned from some history forums (with about 12,000 members). Last months François Delpla leads, apart from his own forum, a parallel forum with critics on the forum Passion Histoire where he is banned. A bit as with the case of the Polish Jozef if you remember. A moderator of Passion Histoire is also together with me also member of Tribune Histoire, a certain Duc de Raguse, for whom I have a lot of esteem. But there are sour discussions on the Tribune Histoire board between François Delpla and Duc de Raguse, in which I of course don't participate. And to be honest, with all that turmoil there is a certain rennaissance of the sclerotic forum.
I made an in depth "study"
of the departure of the Massilia with the French government to North Africa. It is still a touchy subject in nowadays France and as I made the study on Passion Histoire I didn't receive any replies. And now has François Delpla answered in full on Tribune Histoire...and asked for my opinion on his banning from Passion Histoire...
Bruno Roy Henry has also started on his forum Tribune Histoire a controversial subject about the combativity of the Flemish and the Walloon regiments during May 1940 during the 18 days campaign...The autority that he cites is a Belgian, who wants Wallonia to adhere to France...
I studied already the question in depth, but I suppose that I will need all my tact to lead the discussion on "good" paths...As that subject is that specific, it is perhaps only me and some competent non biased historians who can comment on the subject. And I suspect Bruno Roy Henry to have started the link to lurr me again on his site
...since some month or two no one from the Belgians of the forum of WWII has (I suppose due to the minefield of the subject) commented...
Kind regards and with esteem,
Paul.
